Lush Studioâ„¢ - Terms and Conditions for Booking Appointments
By booking an appointment with Lush Studioâ„¢, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these policies carefully before scheduling your appointment:
1. Grace Period & Lateness Policy
• You are allowed a 10-minute grace period if you are running late.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will be applied.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty.
• If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled on the same day, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee.
3. No-Call/No-Show Policy
• If you do not call or show up for your appointment, the card on file will be charged for the full cost of the booked service.
• If the card on file is declined, you will not be able to book future appointments until the outstanding balance is paid via Zelle or CashApp.
4. Appointment Scheduling
• Clients must schedule appointments according to their needs and services required.
5. Fills Policy
• Fills must be scheduled within 2-3 weeks from your previous appointment.
• Any fill appointments scheduled beyond 3 weeks will be charged as a Full Set without exception.
• To be considered a Fill, you must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining.
6. Pre-Appointment Preparation
• Clients should avoid consuming caffeine before their lash appointment to ensure optimal results.
7. Guest Policy
• No extra guests are allowed during the appointment.
8. After-Hours Appointments
• Appointments scheduled after business hours are available upon request and will incur an additional charge of $25.
9. Lateness or Rescheduling
• If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, please contact us via Call or Text at 407-285-6394.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in charges to the card on file and limitations on future bookings.
